Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 18, 2007, the House Committee on Law Enforcement met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Driver, at 1:04 p.m.

A quorum was present.

Representative Frost moved that SB 798, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
