Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 12, 2007, the House Committee on Law Enforcement met upon lunch recess in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Driver, at 12:13 p.m.

The chair directed that the April 2, 2007, minutes for the House Committee on Law Enforcement be corrected.  The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
