CORRECTED MINUTES
On March 12, 2007, the House Committee on Law Enforcement authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Law Enforcement held on February 26, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2007 for a public hearing and pursuant to the permission granted for the committee to meet while the house is in session during bill referral, the House Committee on Law Enforcement met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Driver, at 3:19 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Driver; Latham; Allen, Alma; Frost; West, George "Buddy" (5).
Absent: Representatives Ortiz, Jr.; Vo (2).
A quorum was present.
