Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 2007, the House Committee on Law Enforcement met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Driver, at 6:50 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Driver; Latham; Allen, Alma; Frost (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Ortiz, Jr.; Vo; West, George "Buddy" (3).

 

A quorum was present.

At 8:54 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
