Pursuant to a notice posted on September 10, 2008, the House Committee on Public Health, Subcommittee on S/C on Access to Controlled Substances, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 10:30 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Truitt; King, Susan (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Cohen (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 1:05 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
