Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2007, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Delisi, at 2:08 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Jackson, Jim; Coleman; Olivo (3).

 

A quorum was present.
