Pursuant to a notice posted on February 2, 2007, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Delisi, at 12:05 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Jackson, Jim; Cohen; Coleman; Truitt (4).

 

A quorum was present.
