Pursuant to a notice posted on June 27, 2008, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Eissler, at 9:08 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Branch; Delisi; Dutton; Macias (4).

 

A quorum was present.
