CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 14, 2007, the House Committee on Public Education authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Education held on May 8, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted and revised on May 3, 2007, and a suspension of the five-day posting rule on May 7, 2007, to allow the committee to consider SB 817 and SB 1697, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Eissler, at 10:07 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Eissler; Zedler; Branch; Delisi; Hochberg; Olivo; Patrick (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Dutton; Mowery (2).

 

A quorum was present.
