Pursuant to a notice posted on March 14, 2008, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 10:13 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Villarreal; McClendon; Keffer, Jim (3).

 

A quorum was present.
