Pursuant to a notice posted on January 14, 2008, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 3:46 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Truitt; Barrett; Burnam; Rodriguez (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Villarreal; McClendon; Keffer, Jim (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken on interim charges three and five.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 5:51 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
