Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 8, 2007, and two suspensions of the 5-day posting rule to allow the committee to take up and consider SB 401, SB 1271, SB 1526, SB 1762, and HB 4138, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Puente, at 8:06 a.m.
