Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2007, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 1, 2007, to take up and consider HB 4112 and HB 4127, and a revised notice to reflect that suspension on May 1, 2007, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Puente, at 8:59 p.m.
