Pursuant to a notice posted on April 20, 2007, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 24, 2007 to allow the committee to take up and consider HB 4086 and HB 1699, and a revised notice on April 25, 2007 to reflect that suspension, and permission granted for the committee to meet while the house is in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Puente, at 8:38 p.m.
