Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2007, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Howard, Charlie, at 12:04 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Howard, Charlie; Bohac; Allen, Alma; Brown, Betty; Brown, Fred; Laubenberg; Patrick (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Anchia; Lucio III; Parker; Straus (4).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Howard, Charlie moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee:  HB599, HB2217, HB2460, HB2859, HB2864, HB3083, HB3093, HB3441, SB484.

 

The motion prevailed without objection.

 

(Representative Anchia now present.)

 

Representative Patrick moved to place the following measures on the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 4, 2007:  HB2271, HB2619, HB2898, HB2988.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Howard, Charlie; Bohac; Allen, Alma; Anchia; Brown, Betty; Brown, Fred; Laubenberg; Patrick (8).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

 

Absent:                          Representatives Lucio III; Parker; Straus  (3).
