Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 26, 2007, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Howard, Charlie, at 3:20 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

The motion prevailed without objection.
