Pursuant to permission to meet during reading and referral of bills and to a notice posted on April 5, 2007, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Howard, Charlie, at 8:00 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Brown, Fred moved that the floor amendment to HB 41 offered by Representative Howard, Charlie be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, April 13, 2007.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Laubenberg moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee:  HB209, HB1365, HB1633.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
