Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2007 and pursuant to permission granted on April 24, 2007 to allow all committees to meet while the House is in session, during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flores, at 8:54 p.m.

Representative Quintanilla moved to reconsider the vote by which the substitute to HB 1985 was adopted.  The motion to reconsider prevailed  without objection.

 

Representative Thompson moved to withdraw the substitute.  The substitute was withdrawn without objection.
