Pursuant to a notice posted on August 22, 2008, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues, Subcommittee on Child Support and Paternity Fraud, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Strama, at 10:45 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Strama; Vaught (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Eiland (1).

 

Special Appearance:    Representative Hodge

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Strama laid out both interim charges pertaining to the Subcommittee on Child Support and Paternity Fraud.

Public Testimony was taken after invited testimony.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 2:33 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
