CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On March 13, 2007, the House Committee on Defense Affairs & State-Federal Relations authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Defense Affairs & State-Federal Relations held on March 6, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2007, and revised on March 1, 2007, the House Committee on Defense Affairs & State-Federal Relations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Corte, Frank, at 8:11 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Corte, Frank; Escobar; Garcia; Merritt; Moreno, Paul; Raymond (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Noriega, Rick; Herrero; Hodge (3).

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 17 as pending business and explained the measure.
