Pursuant to a notice posted on March 8, 2007, the House Committee on House Administration met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Goolsby, at 2:25 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Goolsby; Anderson; Darby; Harper-Brown; Howard, Donna; Zedler (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Giddings; Escobar; Riddle; Vo; Zerwas (5).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The Chair recognized House Policies and Procedures Subcommittee member, Harper Brown to explain motion to adopt 2007 Personnel Manual Policies and Procedures Changes. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Goolsby; Anderson; Darby; Harper-Brown; Howard, Donna; Zedler (6).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

 

Absent:                          Representatives Giddings; Escobar; Riddle; Vo; Zerwas  (5).

 

The Chair thanked the subcommittee. At 2:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
