Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 17, 2007, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 12:15 p.m.

Representative Brown, Fred offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Patrick moved that SB 1488, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
