On March 20, 2007, the House Committee on Higher Education authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Higher Education held on March 5, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 28, 2007, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 8:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Morrison; McCall; Brown, Fred; Aycock; Giddings; Howard, Donna (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Alonzo; Patrick; Rose (3).

 

A quorum was present.
