Pursuant to a notice posted on August 14, 2007, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 10:05 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Phillips; Creighton; Bailey (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Dutton; Paxton (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative Dutton now present.)

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 1:41 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
