Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2007, the House Committee on Financial Institutions met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Solomons, at 6:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Solomons; Flynn; Anchia; Anderson; McCall; Orr (6).

 

Absent:              Representative Chavez (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 9:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
