Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 17, 2007, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 12:10 p.m.

Representative Driver moved that SB 1687, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
