Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 4, 2007, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 6:02 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

A quorum was present.

 

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the minutes for the March 27, 2007 hearing were corrected.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

 

The chair directed that the March 27, 2007, minutes for the House Committee on Environmental Regulation be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
