CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 4, 2007, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held on March 27, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 22, 2007, and revised on March 23, 2007, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Bonnen; Hancock; Lucio III; Driver; Kuempel; West, George "Buddy" (6).

 

Absent:              Representative King, Tracy (1).

 

A quorum was present.
