Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 20, 2007, and pursuant to permission to meet during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 11:57 a.m.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
