Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 2008, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 10:05 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Present:              Representatives Hardcastle; Farabee; Crownover; Crabb; Gonzalez Toureilles (5).

Absent:              Representatives Chisum; Corte (2).

A quorum was present.

Charge #2:     Examine whether the Railroad Commission of Texas should regulate carbon capture.
