Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2007, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 12:00 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Present:              Representatives Hardcastle; Corte; Crabb; Gonzalez Toureilles (4).

Absent:              Representatives Farabee; Crownover; Chisum (3).

A quorum was present.

 

SB 1013

 

The chair laid out SB 1013 as pending business.

(Representative Crownover now present.)(Representative Farabee now present.)

 

Representative Corte moved that SB 1013, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Hardcastle; Farabee; Crownover; Corte; Crabb; Gonzalez Toureilles (6).

Nays:                             None (0).

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

Absent:                          Representative Chisum  (1).

 

At 12:02 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
