Pursuant to a notice posted on April 20, 2007, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 8:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Present:              Representatives Hardcastle; Farabee; Crownover; Gonzalez Toureilles (4).

Absent:              Representatives Chisum; Corte; Crabb (3).

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1670.

The chair recognized Representative Crownover to explain the measure.

The chair recognized Representative Crownover to close on the measure.

The bill was left pending without objection.

 

At 8:15 a.m., on the motion of Representative Crownover and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
