Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 25, 2007, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 8:35 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Chisum; Corte (2).

A quorum was present.

 

The Chairman announced that the meeting which was conducted on April 24, 2007, upon adjournment at Desk #25, was conducted without an official posting, and thereby, all actions were required to be redone now under a proper posting.

The chair laid out HB 3739 as pending business.

Representative Crabb offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Crabb moved that HB 3739, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
