Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2007, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 7:45 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Present:              Representatives Hardcastle; Crownover; Chisum; Gonzalez Toureilles (4).

Absent:              Representatives Farabee; Corte; Crabb (3).

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 3109, HB 3110, HB 3111, HB 3112.

The chair recognized Representative Cook, Byron to explain the measures.

Representative Hardcastle offered a complete committee substitute to HB 3110.
