Pursuant to a notice posted on March 16, 2007, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 8:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hardcastle; Farabee; Crownover; Gonzalez Toureilles (4).

Absent:              Representatives Chisum; Corte; Crabb (3).

A quorum was present.
