Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2007, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 8:07 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hardcastle; Farabee; Chisum; Crabb (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Crownover; Corte; Gonzalez Toureilles (3).

 

A quorum was present.

The Committee heard invited testimony from the following State Agencies:

            Railroad Commission of Texas

            Bureau of Economic Geology & State Geologist of Texas

 

At 9:31 a.m., on the motion of Representative Farabee and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
