Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 27, 2007, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Criminal Procedure, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Vaught, at 11:06 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Vaught; Mallory Caraway (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Talton (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair directed that the April 2, 2007, minutes for the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Criminal Procedure committee be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 11:07 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
