CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 3, 2007, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence held on March 27, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2007, and revised on March 21, 2007, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pena, at 4:03 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Pena; Vaught; Escobar; Moreno, Paul; Pierson (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Riddle; Hodge; Mallory Caraway; Talton (4).
