Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2007, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pena, at 2:09 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Riddle; Escobar; Moreno, Paul; Pierson (4).

 

A quorum was present.
