CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 16, 2007, the House Committee on County Affairs authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on County Affairs held on May 9, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 9, 2007, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 12:15 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Smith, Wayne; Farabee; Harless; Heflin; Leibowitz (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Naishtat; Bolton; Coleman; Smith, Todd (4).
