Pursuant to a notice posted on February 23, 2007, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 4:57 p.m.

Representative Smith, Wayne moved that HB 694, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
