Pursuant to a notice posted on May 7, 2008, the House Committee on Corrections, Subcommittee on Substance Abuse and Mental Illness, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative McReynolds, at 10:05 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives McReynolds; Oliveira (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Madden; Haggerty (2).

 

(Representative Madden now present.)

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 5:00 p.m., on the motion of Representative Riddle and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
