CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On February 28, 2007, the House Committee on Civil Practices authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Civil Practices held on February 21, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2007, the House Committee on Civil Practices met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, Byron, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Cook, Byron; Madden; Miller; Raymond; Woolley (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Strama; King, Phil; Martinez Fischer; Talton (4).

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB26.
