Pursuant to a notice posted on March 28, 2008 and a revised notice posted on April 8, 2008, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings, at 10:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Giddings; Elkins; Darby; Bohac; Zedler (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Bailey; Castro; Martinez, "Mando"; Solomons (4).

 

A quorum was present.
