On March 6, 2007, the House Committee on Business & Industry authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Business & Industry held on February 20, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 15, 2007, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings, at 5:25 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Elkins; Bailey; Solomons (3).
