Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on January 30, 2007, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings, at 2:32 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Bailey; Castro; Solomons; Zedler (4).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The committee met for an organizational meeting.

At 2:55 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
