A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 3068 as pending business.

 

Representative Hernandez offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Castro moved that HB 3068, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives King, Tracy; Frost; Castro; Hardcastle; Hernandez; Merritt; Pickett (7).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

 

Absent:                          None  (0).

 

HB 1430

 

The chair laid out HB 1430 as pending business.

 

Representative Frost offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Castro moved that HB 1430, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
