Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on General Government met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Isett, Carl, at 1:07 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Isett, Carl; Noriega, Rick; Brown, Betty; Chavez; Harper-Brown (5).

 

Absent:              Representative Crownover (1).

 

A quorum was present.
