Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 11:35 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Davis, John; Dukes; Hopson; Jackson, Jim; Zerwas (5).

 

Absent:              Representative Gattis (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair directed that the April 19, 2007, minutes for the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 11:36 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
