Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 11:46 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Kolkhorst; Branch; Brown, Fred; Otto (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Crownover; McClendon (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative McClendon now present.)

 

At 4:04 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned until the adjournment of the House or the adjournment of the Appropriations Committee, whichever is later, on February 26, 2007.
